ALOHA! from Hale Kula's PTO BOARD

Whether it is your first year at Hale Kula or you are returning for another year, the Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) board would like to invite you join us in making this year another great school year.

Did you know that the PTO helps fund things like transportation to field trips, the art program, service clubs and amazing events like Hawaii opera and storytellers?

To do this it takes all of us to make our fundraising possible. Throughout the year we will have school store every Friday,,,,stop by! Don't forget to bring in those Box Tops and Campbell's Soup labels to fund our gym class and more. Watch for our pizza nights and other fundraising events too.

Did you know that parents who are involved at their child's school have children who are more successful in school?

The PTO is designed to strengthen relationships between students, parents, teachers, and school administrators. PTO volunteers support programs that recognize our students like the Super Eagle Awards and Spirit Awards.

These are only a few of the ways the PTO supports Hale Kula students and staff. You are already a part of the Hale Kula PTO if you are parent or guardian of a Hale Kula student, but being a PTO volunteer or donator is great way to support the school and to be an active part in your child's education.

We hope you will join us in helping our Hale Kula Eagles Soar High.
